Yes, we offer a complimentary consultation for first-time guests and anyone exploring our services. This one-on-one session helps us understand your skin concerns, goals, and lifestyle so we can thoughtfully recommend the treatment that best fits you. Consultations are by appointment only to ensure dedicated time and personalized care. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes—booking online allows us to prepare thoughtfully and dedicate the appropriate time to your treatment. While same-day availability may occasionally be available, we recommend reserving in advance for the best experience.
What makes your skincare approach unique?
We collaborate with a respected medical spa in Gangnam, Seoul, and bring advanced skin treatment techniques to Lexington through a balanced, individualized approach.
How often is the membership renewed?
Your membership renews each month, and you may use your credits as they're issued. If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time, and your cancellation will take effect immediately. Just a small reminder: please use any remaining sessions within 60 days of your membership ending.
What is your cancellation policy?
We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please just let us know as soon as you can. A 30% fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment. This helps us prepare properly and keep availability open for all clients. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
